Born in Santa Monica and raised in Westwood, CA, Chris Gray knows the ins-and-outs of Los Angeles like no one else. As the founding member of The Gray Group at Beverly & Company with offices located in Century City, Chris provides all of his clients with world-class service and unparalleled market insight.

Equipped with a thirst for continuing knowledge, Chris’ extensive educational background has enabled him to lay a foundation of sustained success. As a graduate of Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, and Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University, Chris is able to leverage both his education and understanding of market dynamics and interpersonal relationships to create advantageous outcomes for each of his clients. In addition to his work at ASU, Chris also attended and completed the U.S. State Department’s Chinese Flagship Program where he reached superior fluency in Mandarin, and also studied Chinese and History at Qinghua University, Beijing, and Nanjing University, Nanjing, two of China’s most prestigious universities.

After completing the U.S. State Department Flagship program and his thesis on real estate entrepreneurship while in China, Chris lived and worked overseas in downtown Shanghai in the EB-5 immigration investment industry. He interacted heavily with Chinese investors looking to immigrate to the United States through investments in commercial projects, and developed a keen international and domestic understanding of the U.S. market.

Since his return from Shanghai, Chris has worked in commercial and residential real estate for 10+ years, and is currently licensed in both California and Arizona. His dual state licensing gives Chris’ clients the ability to more effectively market their commercial and residential properties to a broader audience of buyers and sellers looking to venture out of state. Backed by his experienced team and equipped with in-depth knowledge of the Los Angeles and SoCal markets, Chris is able to provide comprehensive insight for all potential and pending transactions.
